Launched in 2018, the Indian Culture and Values for Kids program by IHF Boston offers children a structured and enriching introduction to the timeless wisdom of Indian scriptures, inspired by the teachings of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

Designed for young, inquisitive minds, our weekly one-hour sessions are grouped by age and made highly interactive. Each class begins with the recitation and meaning of select shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita, followed by engaging storytelling from Vedic wisdom and a creative craft activity. This blend of spiritual learning and fun encourages reflection, discussion, and joyful participation.

Srila Prabhupada emphasized the importance of nurturing young hearts and minds in Krishna consciousness, likening children to green bamboo—easily shaped and full of potential. At IHF Boston, we are committed to cultivating these values from an early age with care, joy, and purpose.Parents deeply appreciate the program’s role in helping their children connect with their cultural roots, while children eagerly look forward to each session.
