Jhulan Yatra, the delightful Swing Festival, joyfully recalls the childhood pastimes of Sri Krishna as He plays beneath leafy bowers with His cowherd friends. Each year, devotees recreate that scene by gently swinging Their Lordships Sri Radha Krishnachandra amidst fragrant blossoms and melodious kirtan.

At our temple the celebration unfolds over five enchanting evenings—Monday, August 4th through Friday, August 8, 2025—when the Deities are offered resplendent new ornaments, seated on a richly flower-laden jhulan (swing), and worshiped with special arati and bhajans.

Festivities include:
– Evening arati accompanied by soulful kirtan
– Devotee participation in gently rocking the Divine Couple on Their swing
– Elaborate floral décor adorning the main hall and jhulan
